Postage is calculated automatically for the delivery address you enter with your order.
If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s) please notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt.
Postage for returned goods will be paid by you.

Returns Policy:
At lambayrules.ie we want you to be happy with your purchase every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.
If for any reason you are displeased with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 7 days of receipt, provided you notify us by email within two days of receipt of purchase, and we will (1) send you a full refund for the price you paid for the item, or (2) send you a replacement. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with this requirement
This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, video games and software products where the item has been unsealed except in the case of a faulty product, where a replacement will be offered.
Delivery charges for returned items:
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. If an item is returned because it is defective, we will refund your costs in returning it to us, and will send a replacement item to you. For all other returns you will be responsible for those charges.
To return an item by post:
To return an item, please contact us at info@lambayrules.ie or by telephoning +353 (1) 8321177 quoting your Paypal account and reference. Please enclose this order number along with a note giving the reason for the return. Wrap the package securely and send it to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories.
We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return - this could take up to three weeks.
